Janel Meilani Parrish Long (* 30. Oktober 1988) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin und Sängerin. Bekannt wurde sie vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Mona Vanderwaal in der Mystery-Drama-Serie „Pretty Little Liars“ (2010–2017, 2019) und als Margot Covey in der „To All the Boys“-Filmreihe (2018–2021).
Sie spielte außerdem die junge Cosette in der Broadway-Produktion von „Les Misérables“ (1996) und Jade in der Teenie-Komödie „Bratz“ (2007).
